  1. A photograph of yourself (a selfie)
  2. Approval from the Property Owner if you require access to the Club
  3. Credit card or bank statement showing the property address

  1. A photograph of yourself (a selfie)
  2. A copy of your lease. If you are not named on the lease, a copy of a bank statement or mobile phone bill is required
  3. If you wish to access the Club, Approval from the Owner/Property Manager to transfer Club access from owner to tenant is required
