Owners are advised that the Owners Corporation has resolved that from 31st March 2026, Quantum is to no longer conduct ongoing regular compliance/community presentation inspections throughout the estate. Please note, this does not limit the Owners Corporation’s ability to investigate and address alleged breaches of the Rules where observed, or otherwise reported by a resident.
